Pros:
- it's very close from town centre great location
- the bed and sofa are very comfy
- appreciated the fresh linen provided
- private entrance
- washing dish cleaning products provided and clean appreciated
- wardrobe with many hangers is great
- fan and heater provided, really appreciated
Cons:
- cleanliness of the bathroom, maintenance and refresh really needed. Some people are allergic/sensitive to mould
- for sanitary/health priorities the microwave MUST be changed!!!!
- cleanliness/stains of the kitchen towels
- allow guests access to a vacuum rather than a small broom
- noises (bed/voices) from the room upstairs late at night is difficult when you travel for business and have to wake up early

The welcome of owner. She was nice lady. It is still difficult to accept that the lady asked us to sit in their own living room. We came earlier, we were waiting at the gate, the lady seen us and said please come in her house and wait till the cleaning would complete. She even took the broom on her own hands to complete the cleaning and get us access as early as possible. Hats off that lady.
We can't say anything.
