Central location, attentive staff, lovely gardens to sit out on a dry day, lovely park next to hotel. Easy 5/10 walk into centre with lots of cafes and restaurants
The bar area -no atmosphere

Location Close to the town centre and railway station
Beaded very comfortable and bathroom was very good. Nice big walk in shower
I had a problem with breakfast which was very poor which I told the receptionist about when I was checking out.
She didn’t seem very interested and made no attempt to compensate for this
Even the the offer if a complimentary coffee whilst I was waiting would have been appreciated
Also during breakfast service the two staff members were having a very loud private conversation which was very off putting and spoilt the calm and restful atmosphere of a relaxed Sunday morning breakfast
