Veldig stille og rolig omgivelser, anbefales til småbarn familie og venner.

Frokosten var greit. De lagde frokosten på villaen og fikk servert frokosten inne i villaen. Anbefales til familie og venner på ferie. Mye frokost å spise.

Kunne gjerne ha fått sukker til kaffen og te. Manglet soya saus eller salt og pepper til stekt ris ( com chien ).

The kids don’t want to leave!

Convenient location between Danang and Hoi An. Great 4 bedroom villa efficient layout and wonderful pool. The kids love having all the space.

The housekeeping staff at times would forget to replace the towels or bring in new bottles of water.

Só dormi uma noite ! Não me devolveram nem 50% do pagamento antecipado, solicitado no chek-out .

O atendimento à disstância foi bom. O pessoal também. Algumas falhas no transporte dentro do condomínio.Para ir ao restaurante , por exemplo, pois chovia. Muito difícil buscar coisas melhores.

A qualidade da habitação estava longe das fotos publlicadas- Ficamos num apartamento de um quarto, sala e varanda. E copa-cozinha básica. Pensei que ficaríamos numa vila ( O nome Memmory Villas sugeria isso e as fotos também). Nosso apartamento parecia um Air BnB glorificado. Mobiliário basico Também não gostei de ter recebido solicitação de pagamento de 50% antecipado ainda em outubro. Recusei. Não voltaremos e não recomendo a não ser a famílias desde que seja nas belas vilas que tem no condomínio. Fomos, depois do check out no dia seguinte, para o Gran Sheraton . Outro mundo.

Disappointing

Big villa with a lot of room for four people (family or two couples). Having a washing machine was great. Beds and linen were clean and comfortable. The staff, Mia and Vince, were easy to deal with and were happy to make arrangements for us including airport transfers and breakfast cooked at the villa.

The location is half way between Hoi An and Da Nang so if you would like to see both from one place its a good spot, provided you are happy to travel by car 20ish minutes each time you head out out since there is nothing much in walking distance. The Villa is not as private nor beachfront as implied in the listing. The Villa Complex has a beachfront and is private, but not the Villa itself. There are grounds keepers constantly walking past the pool area (we saw one washing his hands in our pool), you can see and hear people in neighbouring villas and there is also a visible road. The cleanliness and state of the villa and some of the fittings and fixtures were also well below expectations - floors unclean, a smell of stale cigarette smoke in the bedrooms, cigarette burn in the beside table, lamp shades broken, bi fold doors need attention as difficult to open and close (one section screwed shut) dirty shower glass etc. If it weren't so expensive then while I still wouldn't be impressed, I would be a little less unhappy however it was our most expensive of the 6 places we stayed (the price was on par with a 5 star Auckland NZ hotel or a villa in Queenstown NZ) and the least impressive and most impersonal.

Brillaint location, resort and staff, let down by bad advertising of poor quality apartments.

Staff are simply outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble. Facilities in the resort are also outstanding. 2 amazing swimming pools, an absolutely sensational restaurant and a beautiful beach. Add in a fantastic spa and gym and you really do have it all. Half way between DaNang downtown and Hoi An, so a really perfect location. Bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in.

The advert is very misleading. Almost all the pictures are of fantastic beach villas. That's not what you're getting. You are getting an apartment in one of the 2 high rise buildings. It's spacious, but built to a budget, so everything is very low quality, lots of stuff is broken or breaking and the rest will be soon. There are mutliple businesses offering accomodation in this complex, but they are all managed by Danatrip. The lovely villas you see in the ad are mostly privately owned and not for you!

Relaxing vacation

The staff was really nice and helpful. Very responsive whenever we had a request.

Location was a bit out of the way. But easy to get into town via Grab taxi.

Exceptional

The view was amazing. And the private pool was fantastic!

One of the shower head in the bathroom was kind of broken. So it was licking. And also the stair handle should be checked.

This is the right place to relax, comfortable with family.

Breakfast at the villa is quite good. large main pool, suitable for swimming. buggy car for convenient travel within resort. there is quite interesting archery activity.
