nice place. but not sure I would stay again

it was clean & the staff was great

well after returning 1 night about 10 pm. I needed some ice. the only place to get it. was at the bar and @ 10:15. they were closed

Pleasant

The ac in the room was nice, I liked the option to have a double bed, and it was nice to be so close to the beach and have free daily water. I just feel like 5 years ago it would have been lovely, just needed the upkeep.

Our very first meal at the restaurant, rust fell from the roof onto us and our drinks and cutlery. When we moved tables, the waiter tried to give us the same cutlery. The pool table pockets had holes in them, so whenever you got one in, it would fall on the floor.

Fantastic and would stay here again

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beach is clean and water clear. Hotel put 2 very big single beds in our beach bungalow which were comfortable. We had a massage at the resort that was excellent. Marble Mountain you can walk to. Great place

Maybe a few colder beer in our fridge.

Really enjoyed my stay and would book again if back in the area.

Property was well maintained and clean, room was spacious and staff were friendly, helpful and queries were dealt with promptly

No major issues, the resort is a few km out of the city which I liked, but do need to consider travel options if you want to go in to the city.

Overall very enjoyable relaxing time even given above comments. Staff very helpful and polite.

Resort location excellent for beaches. Staff at resort tried very hard to accommodate any requests. Check-in very smooth and was given upgrade from beach view bungalow to beach view villa, probably due to length of stay and low occupancy rates.

Disappointed that very few facilities were available and this was not highlighted at time of booking. Only one restaurant open with limited menu. No sports bar open. No pool bar open and asian restaurant not open. Buffet breakfast available when more visitors present but not all days. This was addressed with manager who apologised and made further efforts to ensure our stay was comfortable. However, due to restricted dining options, this resulted in taxis back and forward into Da Nang of an evening for alternative dining options. Taxis are cheap enough but this is probably not to everyone's liking. I am unsure if these events are due to slow return of tourism following Covid or if our visit was at the start of the season as many improvements to property seemed to be ongoing.

definitely check to see if they have any conventions, conferences, team building etc before you book

Hotel was too far from anything. Dining options are limited with only one restaurant open. A telco had a team building day of our arrival in the middle courtyard area and the megaphone was not needed. The next day there was a schoolteacher get together so there was no tranquil time

we loved it. 2 nights not enough time to explore Da Nag properly.

staff is very friendly. food and cocktails were very good. Manager Mr. Kamal was very helpful !!!

no places to eat close by. have to take a cab to go into town for lunch and dinner. If you are staying at Sandy beach and just want to stay at the resort. it’s best to take an all inclusive package with meals.

Very friendly staff. Ok breakfast. Nice beach.

Room was dated. Needs a renovation. We had problems with our door not opening from the outside twice. Food was not good. Very nice beach but, sorry to say, we got nasty bites from beach bugs so we didn't go back.

Amazing Resort in Da Nang, I'd visit again

Excellent location with a private beach and quiet area, with barely any traffic. - The rooms are large and have excellent natural light, along with a great sea view - The breakfast buffet is huge and diverse - The in house dining and beach facility has excellent and relatively good prices. - The beach is well maintained and clean - The staff is cordial and friendly I don't know why people keep saying this needs an update, this is already excellent

Pleasant but can be better

The staff is helpful. We discussed and they offer a discounted rate for extending the check-out hours. This is because our flight was delayed till the wee hours of night. Thumbs up to the team for the flexibility.

The room didn't have a menu for in-room dining. It's strange to ask guests what they want, but there isn't a menu to start with - LOL. So, the F&B staff has to bring up the menu to our room. I thought this can be avoided if a menu can be placed in-room or perhaps, a QR code to scan. Minor stuff but can be further improved. Secondly, most of the staff didn't really understand English. If your position is to attract international guests - some basic, simple English and the way of engagement is helpful. Maybe, training can be provided to the staff. Lastly, the breakfast seems to cater to locals - perhaps not international - not asking for more, but there is a lack of basics such as sausages, baked beans, boiled eggs etc. I think the resort can do better in looking at the above.

we didn’t like that our room shared a door with another room so at night, we could hear next door flushing their toilet, walking around etc. they couldn’t enter our room but any privacy you wanted, you probably couldn’t have

Classic good international hotel with everything you need for a good vacation to experience Vietnam

Very good international and local breakfast. Very good location and very nice beach. Also a real nice fitness center.

The fridge in the room was not really getting stuff cooled and most of the animation program was not happening during the off season even the hotel was booked out.

Good resort in Da Nang

Very friendly staff and at the Beach. We had a room with ocean view and thanks of being on the ground floor direct access to the beach. Breakfast was included and staff was very friendly and helpful.

As unfortunately all over Vietnam, on the the beach, as Verein nature, were a lot of garbage and nobody cares about it

Rooms very very nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with a wide selection.

Pools although clean were a lacking maintenance in some areas. On pool the jacuzzi did not work - there was no life guard or supply of towels.

Resort is like a company retreat venue, but because I’m there for holiday, I feel relaxed unlike company retreat.

very spacious room, comfortable bed, big resort compound. I could feel relaxed.

1) the lobby & breakfast cafe don’t have ceiling fans, very hot on sunny mornings. the box-browers/fans are not effective for cooling across tables. 2) the cafe’s menu is very limited. I wanted to have more lunch/dinner there, but because menu is limited, I have to get to city centre which is about 15 minutes by Grab
