The food at this marriot is excellent. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and general hotel, and the pool is so clean, and well maitained.

Great overall resort.
Very luxury.
Great customer service.
Pool bar was fabulous.
Massage was excellent.
Goji restaurant menu for dinner could have had more lighter salad and meal options.
Cost of villa was expensive although the villa facilities were very nice. TV didn’t work in the villa which was a little annoying given the price we paid but the staff were quick to fix.
Disappointing you can’t cook in the villa.

Stunning hotel, grounds, pool and location. Staff were lovely. Very clean, and yummy buffet breakfast.
If had to suggest something, perhaps a little on site shop to buy snacks. And pillows too soft.

The beach was beautiful
Martin from front desk was very helpful and appeased me by understanding what the needs of guests are - how service personnel and hoteliers should be
The lack of attentive service. No one answers the messages sent
Rahul from reception seemed to not care about guests - too busy to communicate or appease already irate guests.
