Facilities, options, room was very spacious, direct beach access, pools were beautiful, breakfast was amazing.

Staff service was lacking at the pool side restaurants, the pool side restaurants were also ridiculously overpriced, we would probably have spent a lot more for the convenience (even though it was expensive) if the staff were more attentive.

또 오고 싶은 곳! 하얏트리젠시!

조식은 매우 훌륭했습니다. 많이 못 먹어서 아쉬웠지만 전반적인 음식 맛있고 한국사람인데 한국음식이 있는 점도 매우 좋았습니다. 빵도 너무 맛있었습니다. 룸컨디션 매우 좋았고 깨끗하게 잘 정리되어 있었고 조용하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 해변도 수영장도 가깝고 어딜가든 깨끗하게 정리되어 있어 매우 만족했습니다. 또 베이커리에서 빵이랑 커피 사먹었는데 너무너무 맛있었습니다.

의자를 움직일때마다 바닥에 끌려 드르륵 소리가 나는데 매우 시끄러웠고, 화장실 문과 샤워룸 문도 꽝꽝 닫혀서 시끄러웠습니다. 우리 객실 뿐만 아니라 다른 객실에서 나는 의자 끌리는 소리, 문이 쾅 닫는 소리도 매우 시끄러웟습니다.

Wouldnt stay here again

Soulless hotel that caters for mass Asian tourism. Staff weren't well trained, some of them hardly spoke any English. Our room for $500 per night didn't even have proper curtains in the lounge where my child was sleeping - the main blackout curtain was missing. Very loud - absolutely no noise insulation. You hear everything from upstairs and outside - that goes from 5.30am to 11pm. That is just from people who get on with their stuff but the quality of the built is so poor that you hear everything. Buggy service is awfully slow.

Fantastic stay, highly recommended!

The staff were super helpful and accommodating, every one of our requests were handled quickly. The facilities are amazing and very modern, and the location is great, close to DaNang City and HoiAn (20-25 mins by Grab). We were a group of friends and concerned that it’ll have too much of a family feel, but the resort is big enough and didn’t feel too crowded at all

Good view, well spread out but needs renovation in room and staff could be more forthcoming

It was well spread out property with easy access to beach and good facilities. Property manager Jason responded to our concerns and upgraded to better room which made our stay more pleasant.

Staff wasn’t courteous enough. To be fair rooms look little Jared and old. It seriously needs renovation. Staff could have been more forthcoming, for my 3 days of stay I didn’t see anyone approach us to check on our comfort knowing very well we were struggling with food options NO efforts were made to customise to our requirements. Also facility doesn’t have any jet spray in bathroom which is an exception nowadays as almost all good properties offer that functionality.

Water licking up from ceiling, water everywhere in the floor at between my bed and bathroom. my friend call customer service tell them about the problem, after 10 minutes, They come to fix it when I shower on the bathroom,I request them to leave but they still keep going up with the ladder to fixing, I hurry up to wrap with the towel and tell them to get out I need dress up but they still say they need 10 more minutes. Tell me to wait😭😭😭😭

This was an amazing family get away and our entire family loved it!

It is beautiful and feels like it’s quite new! This was one of the nicest resorts I’ve ever stayed at. We felt very spoiled by the staff and the service we experienced. Sad our stay is over!

素敵なリゾート

お部屋にはウォークインクローゼットもあり、快適に過ごせました。特に印象に残っているのが、チェックアウト後に預けていた荷物を受け取りに行った際のクラブフロアのスタッフさんです。お名前を忘れてしまいましたが、妊娠中の方でした。大変親切で感じのいい対応をしてくださり感謝でいっぱいです。ありがとうございました。

クラブラウンジの朝食がイマイチだったのが残念でした。

조식은 가격에 비해 별로였어요. 현지 로컬 음식 먹는 것이 더 좋았습니다. 수영장 운영시간이 좀 더 길었으면 좋겠습니다.

ルームサービスで頼んだアイス、ミニバーの飲料水の消費期限が過ぎていた。施設内を移動するカートを予約しても来ず、チェックアウト時に歩いてレセプションまで向かった。

Hyatt experience

Gorgeous breakfast with a fantastic big pool and beautiful beach. We greatly enjoyed the Vietnamese dinner at the pool house, which was much cheaper than we expected.

The check-in process was a bit out of order. Too many guests were there and the hotel staff made us wait for a while without giving proper instruction.

Short beach stay to end central Vietnam touring trip

The restaurants and food quality were excellent . Beautiful quiet beach . Lovely pool and amazing spa .

Felt the hotel was too large and impersonal . Maybe it’s not suited for me . Great for families with young children . Check in time was hectic and disorganised . Not enough lounge chairs by the main pool . The first night’s room at the residence block A was spacious but rather tired and worn out and in need of repairs and a facelift . I found that whole section dismal .I moved after one night to a smaller room in the main hotel block which was better maintained and more comfortable. . The staff were empathetic and swift with the room change

3 bedroom residence has 2 bathrooms and bathrooms doesn't have any locks. 2 bedrooms share a bathroom which has gates for bathroom from both side with any locks and doors are of glass. so think twice before booking 3 bedroom residence. see the picture. utensils given in the kitchen are too big. if you want to prepare the food for 2 people then utensil size is for 20 people.

Superb

The grounds of the hotel - gardens, beach, pools - are exceptionally well maintained and beautiful. For those with children the outdoor and indoor areas for children are fantastic, the swings, mats, toys and climbing areas are like new. My baby and I enjoyed every one of our meals in the hotel's restaurants. Breakfast was always busy but it was very well staffed and organised so it never felt hectic and food never ran out. The staff in the restaurants (especially Oceane) were great with my baby - they thought of everything and genuinely enjoyed playing with him. Likewise the pool staff - they remembered us every day and even blew up our inflatable pool toys for us.

My request for late check out (I offered to pay extra) was refused which was a bit of a pain as it meant my baby missed his early afternoon nap. Because all of the guests in the residences came down at midday to check out, this took a really long time (over 30 mins waiting). My room was spacious although some of the furniture was looking a bit worn. When I spoke to the concierge about available excursions, she was versed in the excursions provided by Marriott but couldn't make suggestions "off book" - I had a baby so a whole day out doing activities like cooking and crafting wasn't feasible so I was keen to hear some other shorter solutions (e.g. short walking tour). Nothing major and certainly didn't take the shine off a wonderful stay, but some things that could be improved.

Generic place to stay if you want to feel like your in a generic place.

The place is clean.

The resort is so removed from reality that you could be anywhere in the world. No evidence of Vietnam. The food was average and super expensive. Very corporate and gentrified.
