Bed way too hard / slept on the sofa/childs bed even an extra under duvet did little to help :)

The property was super clean and had exceptional facilities.
Cost at the hotel was a little pricy - for example the spa treatments were way over priced

The property is nice and the facilities are great.
We stayed at the penthouse (after moving from the other side of the hotel which is too far away from the kids facilities and we have three young ones) and the room was pretty disappointing for what we paid.
There were hardly any outlets for phone charging. Only one in the room and none by the bed. There were no USB ports which should be upgraded .
The bathroom was completely marble which is so dangerous with young children. We put towels down and still had accidents.
The bathtub hot/cold water did not work so
We could not use the bath.
The telephones didn’t work in the rooms.
The service was pretty slow and sometimes we had to wait 15 minutes for a buggy.
The hotel was empty so I can imagine this gets worse when it’s busier.
