Basically everything. The staffs were amazingly nice and helpful. The bellboys were super friendly, the guest services staffs were very thoughtful, the room service staffs provided spot-on services, restaurants staffs were also excellent. The beach and the pool were amazing. The view of my ocean view room was perfect.

We are not big fans of our bed's pillows, they were a bit too soft. The bedsheet was also a bit unclean.

I like the pools, the beach

Our room was old, the floor was dirty & sticky, the tv is old so no smart tv and everything felt just not like a 5 star hotel should feel like. It needs to be renovated! The employees do not speak sufficient english. You need to know basic english to communicate with guests at a 5 star hotel. Overall we paid way too much for a so so experience.
