- Location - easy walk to the main centre and busy shops cafes and services underneath
- Check in - English speaking / translator available and lift to get luggage up
- Spaciousness of apartment for value for money
- Washing machine in kitchen so you can wash clothes !! We did 3 full loads!
- Security - fob key to get in the building and it locks at 10pm so very secure
- Stove and fridge available for use (we didn’t use

- Air conditioner was EXTREMELY loud - like it was rattling as if it would die at any moment...it means the fan inside is broken. That was probably the worst part of this apartment
- Bathroom small but manageable - similar to Japan to no real issue just an FYI
- Just a couple of small adjustments would make this place more comfortable - no bedside tables or bedside lamps. So we moved the chairs from the table and used them for our items beside our bed.

The hotel is very well located in the city center, with shops and restaurants nearby, which enables one to enjoy the authentic Turkish atmosphere. The rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with traditional fresh food.
People at the reception were very friendly and helpful, they were truly amazing!
We loved the terraces with home-made food they recommended. Çanakkale is a great spot for exploring Gallipoli and Troy.
The bathroom needs a little refreshment and deep cleaning as there is some mould.
Also, our rooms were not vacuum cleaned at all during the almost one week stay - sand from the beach etc, the garbage in our rooms was not picked up either.
The ladies preparing and serving the breakfast were very friendly and careful on the first day, but then became careless and even annoyed.
The halls of the hotel were packed with all kind of stuff - baby beds, mattresses etc.
There is indeed a lot of noise from the street, but the hotel cannot do anything about it.

The room was not as we understood from the photos on the publicity. WIFI was not working - terrible
