Location is amazing as in the heart of Eceabat village directly on the waterfront. You can hear the water lapping at night with window open. Excellent views of the Dardanelles Strait from restaurant and room. Good breakfast!

The property was centrally located and the staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was good.
Property is a little run down and lacks natural lighting. Needs a good clean up.

C'était une nuit de transit, l'extérieur est beau, l'accueil aussi, mais les chambres sont vétustes, c'est peu isolé, ça ne correspondait pas aux attentes même si le prix était correct pour 2 adultes et 1 adolescent. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas assez varié mais correspondait à la nourriture locale. N'ayant pas pu profiter de la plage ou de l'extérieur, je laisse une note de 6 pour ne pas être trop sévère. Possibilité de se garer dans le parking gratuitement.
C'était trop vétuste, la salle de bain était très petite, pas assez propre à terre ni au niveau des draps, très peu isolé.
