I really enjoyed the shower and the double vanity. There's also an outdoor balcony with seating. It was very quiet and cozy. I would stay again.
The mattress on the bed was the only thing I'd change. It wasn't uncomfortable, just not firm enough for a bigger person. A box spring might help.

I liked how secure it was and I loved the layout of it. Awesome room! Would definitely stay again.
It would have been nice to have blinds on the French doors of the room off of the patio because when I went out there Sunday morning I was able to see right into the room that someone had checked into during the night. Would have been humiliating for both of us had they been in an indecent situation. And maybe blinds/curtains in the windows on the teal painted wall, as the sunlight was blazing through the room first thing in the morning. Also, the bed could use a box mattress to help with the comfort of the bed. I’m very thin so it wasn’t too bad for me. But honestly, that’s all trivial and my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the room.

The street is quiet.
If you’re in a bind, it’s not bad for the price if you just need to crash overnight.
The tenants were loud…up and down the stairs all night as were their guest making it hard to sleep.
There should be thicker/more secure doors to the rooms as well. Might help with the noise and block the light from the hallway.
The listing says checkout was between 11:00-11:30 but the property said 10. The listing should be updated if that’s not the case. Also, the 5:00 check-in time isn’t the greatest when you’re traveling into town for a show and want to get settled in before you need to head downtown.
Overall, I just wish the attention to detail that went into the shower and back vanity was extended to the rest of the space, including the hallway leading to the loft.
