A very cozy apartment under the roof. The design is really nice, the kitchen is well equipped, and everything was clean.
The location is very good. The tram stop is very close, and you can walk to the city center in around 30 minutes or get there by public transport in about 10–15 minutes. There are also quite a few nice little cafés nearby.
The area feels quieter and more relaxed than the busy central streets with lots of tourists. It has more of a local, everyday atmosphere, which I really liked.
Check-in was convenient and straightforward.
The only thing I didn't quite understand was how to leave the building when the gate is closed. I ended up having to lean over the fence and enter the code each time, which was a little inconvenient.

Location, equipments, cozy place
The Turnkey apartment we stayed in was located on the basement level (-1). Had we paid closer attention to the information provided by the supplier when making the booking, we would certainly have chosen a different apartment on a higher floor, with much more natural light and sunshine.
We would not recommend this particular apartment, as the lack of daylight makes it feel quite gloomy. During the winter months, it could be especially depressing unless you are comfortable living in a very dark environment.

The room is very confortable and its kitchen has a lot of equipments, the decoration is top, bed comfy. Bathroom has a great set-up with powerful shower.
The coffee machine did not work, that ruined my morning, I was soo looking forward to have a tasty coffee in bed. That made me leave early.
