Ok view and convenient to Henley Square restaurants and cafes. Interior is nice. Renovated kitchen (IKEA) and bathroom. Beds comfortable. No wardrobes, but plenty of other furniture to provide storage and hanging.
The word ‘luxury’ conjures up certain images that weren’t met by first impressions. Outside, the exterior needs attention and it is one of a group in the complex. The others seem to be semi-permanent or long stay. The garage parking is tricky, but getting any dedicated parking in that area is a bonus.
There is no free-to-air tv. The smart tv supposedly had Netflix but that had been logged out and could not be restored during our visit. If you are unable to stream content, the tv is useless.

Location & views were amazing, beds very comfortable and plenty of space for 4 adults
Ceiling fan in front bedroom didn’t work and couldn’t use car park due to lack of space and other cars taking up to much room
