Ubicación perfecta, en pleno centro, a solo 15 minutos de la estación y rodeado de restaurantes y supermercados. La casa es acogedora y está bien equipada con todo lo necesario en la cocina, lavavajillas, lavadora y tendedero. Tiene también aire acondicionado tanto en el salón como en la habitación. Y al llegar todo estaba impecable.
Solo como información: se trata de un tercer piso sin ascensor, lo cual no fue un problema para nosotros pero conviene saberlo. El aire acondicionado de la habitación tiene salida por la ventana y esta queda entreabierta, por lo que entra ruido del exterior.

very spacious, great design & perfect location. AC in both bed and living room. Great comms with host, issues were takes seriously. Friendly host and an overall very pleasant stay. Great to have a dishwasher and washing machine!
toilet flush didn’t work and wasn’t fixed throughout the stay, towels & sheets had stains. Cutlery & cups were dirty.
The place just needs a better cleaning team and the bathroom should be properly cleaned :)

We like the location, it's very central, perfect for exploring the old town, different museums, restaurants and parks. The bed was comfortable, good facilities like the bathroom and shower. The kitchen was nice, had everything you need for longer stays. The flat was clean, the bed linens were a good touch. The host was responsive.
The AC didn’t work as well as it probably should. It only cooled the living room and was super noisy. There was also a very noisy fan, clearly broken and missing a remote, so you couldn’t lower the setting when trying to sleep. During the heatwave, with daily temperatures up to 40°C, this left the bedroom extremely hot. If you tried to open the windows, you couldn’t fall asleep until around 3 am because the flat is surrounded by drinking places pumping music all night. Then the drunks would pass by, yelling, vomiting, and making noise under the windows. This made our stay very unpleasant and tiring, as we didn’t sleep well most nights due to the heat and noise. The host was responsive, but offered no solutions except for Google search for "how to change speed on Dyson fan w/out a remote or app" which did not work for this fan.
Another thing to note: the host should include directions on how to open the main door of the building in the original instructions. I have claustrophobia and experienced severe anxiety when trying to leave, as I couldn’t figure out the door knob. Eventually, someone coming into the building showed me how to open it, but the experience was very stressful, especially as it was hot and dark in the foyer.
The last thing I will mention: at the check-out, you have to walk down a very narrow stairway for three flights with all your suitcases, backpacks, and bags. At the same time, you are required to take out the trash. The different types of trash go into different containers, which are not always in the same place, so you end up walking around with all your luggage in a new city just to throw it away. If cleaning is included in the price, please have the cleaner take out the trash. We were happy to collect it, but hauling it through the heat, while stressed and waiting for a train, trying not to bake in the sun, was just ridiculous.
