We loved our stay here! Apartment was clean and spacious, with modernized kitchen, laundry machine and AC! Highlight was the beautiful view of Palais de Papes from the window! Lastly, Jerome was a wonderful host and gave great restaurant recommendations.
If you have a car, need to use parking lot at Les Italiens. Please note the free CityZen Italiens shuttle drop-off at Place Pie is closed during Saturday morning market, so use the nearby stop.

The apartment was spacious and had everything you needed. The air conditioning worked great with a separate unit for the bedroom. The kitchen had everything you needed including a toaster and kettle. The shower was large and had plenty of hot water. The elevator was very slow but better than stairs especially with luggage. The view was nice, but you could only see it during the day because it is not lit up at night.
The keys and the door locks are very challenging. There is one key box on the street for the front door and another box inside the building for the front door to the apartment on the 3rd floor. The apartment has 3 locks with one being very challenging. I never met the owner, but he was available via WhatsApp. The bathroom toilet is in a weird confined position but was manageable. The neighborhood was not well occupied, but okay.

Spacious, great vue over the city and the palais des papes. Has the french style vibe, with high ceilings, big windows and plaster in the ceiling. But modern kitchen and bathroom. I loved the dishwasher 😊. There is also aWashing machine in the apartment.
The location at night feels dark and quiet. Avignon is a safe place but feels like ghost town if you arrive late or leave early.
Parking is quite a challenge but this is valid for all historic avignon (within the city walls)

Location superb. View of Palais des Papes is outstanding. Apartment is spacious, well equipped and mercifully air conditioned.
