This is a static caravan located in a small caravan park outside Leven, Fife so in the country. The location is very good, easy to access in a car. The surroundings are quiet and the views from the caravan are beautiful. The caravan was clean and the general living area quite spacious, with a small deck just outside.
The bedrooms and bathroom are quite snug as you might expect in a static caravan. We only stayed for one night so it was not a problem for us. We stayed during a hot spell in this part of Scotland. On our arrival at about 6pm, after a very hot day, the caravan was very warm and stuffy inside. We opened up the windows and fortunately there was enough of a breeze to freshen things up. We left the next morning at 8am with the weather set to be hot again, and the caravan was already warming up quite noticeably. There is nothing to be done about this, but it might be worth bearing in mind, if you think your stay will coincide with hot weather.

We had a great family stay and really enjoyed our holiday experience. The caravan was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our children loved the play area, and we enjoyed taking walks and relaxing during our stay.
The host had thoughtfully provided essentials such as clean bed linen, tissues, toiletries, and cleaning supplies, ice cubes which made our stay even more convenient. Everything was well prepared and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The host responded quickly to questions during our stay.
Overall, it was a lovely place to stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other families. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The view and shower was decent
No kitchen roll, minging old dish washing cloths, napkin instead of a teatowel, no matching cutlery, all cutlery and pans had to be washed before use- i had to clean the windows and mirrors as they were covered in sticky finger marks! Bedding was cheap and poor quality. Mugs all mismatched and assumed charity shop purchases. One knife for food prep...blunt and useless. Poor quality kitchen appliances. Not one table or side lamp even in bedrooms. Wi-Fi v poor
