Clean stay, communication only in German.

The apartment was exactly as described and very clean. Parking was easy, the tram stop was just around the corner, and self-check-in was easy.

While the bed sheets were clean, they were clearly very used. We paid nearly four times the normal price due to a major concert at Veltins Arena. Despite that, all communication from the host was only in German, even though I had asked questions in English. It wasn’t a big issue to translate, but considering the price paid, a small effort from the host to translate his reply in English would have been appreciated.

Service: Gute und schnelle Erreichbarkeit der Vermieter, die sich sofort gekümmert haben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage mit Fenster zu einem Innenhof.

Das Bad ist recht eng, deshalb ist das Waschbecken etwas klein.

Cena była ok, lokalizacja była dla mnie w porządku. Bardzo ładne osiedle. Ręczniki były czyste. Jest spokojnie. Nie zniszczyli samochodu, pomimo że tablice rejestrecyjne są z innego kraju.

Mieszkanie jest w złym stanie. Ściany są brudne, pomazane farbą. Zapach w środku też nie jest zbyt świeży. Pościel nie wyglądała na świżo zmienioną. Mieszkanie jest na samej górze bloku. Nie ma windy.
