Ok to stay for one night but not with a family

We stayed in the property for one night with two little kids. The location is a bit tricky- it's on a main busy road with lots of traffic, so no parking available nearby and quite noisy at night. Also, if I was travelling alone, I don't think I'd feel very safe, as it was an odd part of town . The building is old and the apartment has a bare minimum. We tried to cook but there was no kitchen towel and only two dirty sponges. There was only two things of everything so serving a dinner was improvisation. To top it up, we washed our hands but haven't realised the sink tap was not attached so all the water started coming from the sink onto the floor and almost flooded bathroom....It was cheap but then we stayed in other places for similar price and they were better.

Non c'era l'acqua calda. Ho comunicato al proprietario e mi ha risposto subito che avrebbero mandato un operatore per risolvere la questione. Non è accaduto. Ero fuori per lavoro. È inaccettabile non avere l'acqua calda per potersi lavare a modo. La casa è completamente sprovvista di qualsiasi cosa in cucina, non ci sono nemmeno i bicchieri per bere l'acqua. Assolutamente nessun tipo di utenza
