Great property for families. There were toys and books available at the property and lots of space to play outside.

The premises was exceptionally comfortable , linen was spotlessly clean and there was every aid you could think of, dishwasher, washing machine , cooker and domestic electricals. Furniture was so comfortable it was a struggle to rouse yourself and go out. Plenty room for us and the dog.
The public road to reach the property is very narrow. Also during the time we were there it was exceptionally hot and we could not leave the many patio doors open for ventilation in case the dog got out. A more secure fence and gate on the garden area would have solved this. Only a problem if you have a dog or child likely to wander. Not a criticism just an observation.

Reasonable beds, nice furniture aesthetic.
Black mould on ceiling in bathroom - all around skylight. Also in the corners of the shower screen.
Entrance road is single track, with very few passing places - which cant be used by anything other than SUVs in wet weather. Flooding on road leading to the property (Woodland Rd), with terrible hidden potholes - No mention of this in the listing. If we'd have known, we'd have travelled using our SUV instead - ended up costing us £245 for an emergency call out to replace a tyre.
When informed of a van needing to enter the parking area to replace tyre, host simply said "so unfortunate" and didnt offer any help/local advice at all, considering this property isnt well linked with transport options. They then ignored my messages when I suggested it should be mentioned on their listing.
Also be careful driving in and out of the driveway as there is a large pothole in the middle, on the drive itself, when you enter Green Lane (the only way in).
No checkout time provided for guest ease, had to contact the host to get this.
Other small items need attention such as: fencing to 'garden' falling down, mats at doorways are ripped/covered in stains, frying pan/baking sheets need replacing - food has been burnt so many times they are scratches and rusty.
No welcome book (i.e. local information, food place suggestions, local activities).
