Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, wenn man seine Ruhe haben und die Seele baumeln lassen möchte. Da das WLAN kommt und geht, wie es möchte, ist dies der perfekte Ort, um digital Detox zu betreiben. Ein Highlight ist definitiv der Pool und die verschiedenen Terrassen/ Sitzgelegenheiten rund um das Haus. Die Kommunikation mit den Hosts verlief reibungslos.und die Cleaning Lady war super herzlich.
Man merkt, dass die Unterkunft etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

There’s no doubt the place has a lot of potential. The property is in pristine condition, and it’s clear that the owners have put care into its design – the garden, outdoor areas, and general layout are all very well thought out. It’s one of those places where you can tell someone has a good eye for detail and aesthetics.
We had booked both buildings, and both suffered from hot water issues. In one building, none of the taps had hot water – not even in the kitchen or bathroom – which made things especially uncomfortable during the cold, windy nights. In the other, the jacuzzi was a big let-down. We got all ready to enjoy it, only to find it didn’t dispense hot water either – a bit of a letdown when you’re expecting a relaxing soak.
The property had most amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay, but we were quite surprised to find there was no microwave – a fairly standard feature, and something that would’ve made a big difference for quick meals or warming up food.
The surrounding area was another concern. It honestly felt like a bit of a ghost town. There are only two restaurants and one bar in the vicinity. Between the two restaurants, we can absolutely recommend Bar Restorant “Te Kastrioti” – great food and a warm, welcoming host. Unfortunately, our experience at Lugina e Komanit was the complete opposite, with poor food and service.
Getting to the property is a bit of a mission. The roads are rocky and still under construction, so unless you’ve got a proper off-road vehicle or something with great suspension, you’re in for a rough ride. The final stretch leading to the property is particularly bad – littered with construction materials and hazardous waste, which really dampens the first impression.
In terms of activities, the boat ride to the Shala River is the main highlight, and it’s well worth doing. But beyond that, there’s not much else to do in the immediate area. I wouldn’t recommend staying more than one or two nights unless future developments change the current situation.
