It is always a pleasure to stay here when we come to Shenzhen. It feels like a home away from home. The location is great, which is right above a metro station where two lines intersect. The views are spectacular, whether facing the city or the mountains. If I order too much on TAOBAO, there is a second-hand boutique in the lobby of the building where I donate things. The staff here are amazing! They are very attentive to all the guests' needs. The hotel also has a laundry unit for guests on the 23rd floor. It is very handy for long-stays. The beds are very very comfortable. The pillows- fluffy. The duvet- just right! The bath towels- large and fluffy.
