The apartment was close to public transport, it was comfortable for a group of 5 people.
They need to supply more blankets, the cleaners need a little bit more detailing for e.g vacuuming the carpets in the bedrooms. The ensuite had a smell from the sewage wasn't strong but it was there. Property manager could place a nice smell pods in the apartment to give it a homely feel and a small milk supply to go with the coffee pods.

Location was great and had plenty of room for groups
It is looking tired and needs a refresh. A dryer would have been nice as it is now standard in most apartments.

It was very close to bus stops as we didn’t have a car. Felt very safe in the area and close to lovely parks.
As we stayed several nights we would have liked access to change of bathroom towels and an extra T Towel in the kitchen but all other facilities were excellent.

Location was great.
Unit is quite old, carpet is very dirty. There was no clothes dryer and the portable air dryer was broken. Towels supplied are very thin. There are no extra blankets and sleeping was very cold. There are no shelves or draws to put clothes on the second bedroom. There was a bedside table with one small drawer which contained dirty tissues and other rubbish. We actually wondered if the unit had been cleaned at all.
