Location perfect, odour a big downfall

Location is perfect, facilities are excellent

No parking Apartment had an odour to it like someone had been smoking in it (we are non smokers). This odour has stuck to our suitcases and clothes which has been strong enough to notice it in our own home

Nice unit but needs a little more care to be taken in cleanliness of linen.

Good location. Good size apartment. Walking distance to Adelaide Central Market and close to Rundle Mall and airport.

We had to email a copy of a photo id for both of us before we were sent the lock box code, yet we had paid in full. Upon arrival the unit smelled of cigarettes. The white quilt cover had stains. The sheet on the mattress was ripped and the pillowcases had black smudge marks.
