Alpine Lodge Hotel

When we travel to the area, we always stay here! It is clean, quiet, easy accessible and the staff is awesome. The beds are really comfortable and the room has everything you need.

Just on edge of town and quiet. Updated rooms, very clean, large grab bar in shower, electric fireplace, huge tv.

Very nice wood blinds on windows but not to good keeping out kights.

Proximity to wedding. We stayed in the Big Lodge and it was a small house. Kitchen and dining upstairs with a trundle bed. Two bedrooms and 1 bath and laundry downstairs.

There was an AC unit upstairs that did a pretty good job. During the day we had a lot of activity getting ready for a wedding and it was a touch warm downstairs. But not too bad. And it was an exceptionally hot day in July—above average.

Mostly clean. Bathroom was bad. Security was concerning.

Bathtub/shower chipped, dirty/stained, as was the shower curtain (bottom 1/4 was yellow stained and stiff). Had to wear flip flops to prevent germs. Toilet literally had fecal splashes/stains on back bowl in plain sight when you walked in the bathroom. Just GROSS. Back “door” was an old wooden door with an inside door lock and a slide bolt that had no hole drilled to slide into. When opened, there was a concrete slab with 2 patio chairs, no fencing - open to the public walkway behind the hotel. Super creepy and absolutely terrifyingly not secure. They clearly tried to do their best on the rest of the place - clean and sufficient to sleep for the night, but bathrooms are NUMBER ONE and security is as well.
