An Amazing Villa with an Unforgettable Sea View
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa and honestly, we didn’t want to leave!
The villa is the perfect place for peace, relaxation, and a real escape from everyday life. The location is wonderfully quiet, and the sea view is simply spectacular — waking up to that view every morning was one of the highlights of our stay.
The pool is fantastic, perfect for cooling off during the day and relaxing while enjoying the incredible surroundings. The villa itself has a beautiful, modern design, and having a private garage is a great bonus.
Everything you could possibly need is provided. The villa is fully equipped, from modern electronics and appliances to everything necessary for cooking. There is also a great BBQ/grill area, which made evenings at the villa especially enjoyable.
A special mention must go to Alex, the host. He is an absolutely wonderful host — friendly, helpful, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure his guests have a great experience. Nothing was too much trouble.
And then there is the sweetest and smartest little dog, who quickly became part of the experience and made our stay even more enjoyable. ❤️
The location is also excellent, with a beach and several restaurants nearby, so you can easily combine relaxing at the villa with swimming, dining, and exploring the area.
Overall, this is one of those places where you immediately feel at home and start wishing you could stay longer. Beautiful villa, incredible sea view, amazing pool, complete equipment, great location, and a fantastic host.
Highly recommended — we would absolutely love to come back!

The villa was luxurious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The views were breathtaking, and the peaceful, quiet surroundings made our stay truly special.
The beach was just a short walk away.
We especially loved the heated pool and the exceptional level of cleanliness throughout the property.
The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
Everything exceeded our expectations.
We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relax.
Next time, we'll rent a car so that we can explore the surrounding area.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt fernab des Touristenstromes. Die Lage ist traumhaft und super ruhig, ideal zum Entspannen, nur ca.25 min vom Flughafen entfernt und perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Dank des Vermieters Alex sind wir in den 5 Tagen vollends auf unsere Kosten gekommen. Er kennt alle Spots und tollen Strände und ist extrem besorgt um das Wohl seiner Gäste. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, modern und sehr sauber, es fehlt einfach an nichts (und falls doch, Alex besorgt es innerhalb kürzester Zeit:))! Jeden Morgen Frühstück auf der Terrasse in der Sonne - einfach herrlich. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in Keratea, ca. 8 km entfernt.

Wir hatten beide Villen von Alex und haben dort Zeit mit der ganzen Familie verbracht. Beide Villen sind luxuriös ausgestattet und verfügen über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Alex ist ein ganz besonderer Gastgeber der sich rührend um uns gekümmert hat. Er hat sogar den Balkon für unsere Tochter Babysicher gemacht und steht immer für Fragen bereit! Die Villen sind toll gelegen, zum mehr sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, das Wasser ist kristallklar. Wir sind nun bereits das zweite Mal da und würden immer wieder kommen.
Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.
