The room was very well maintained and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated having tea, coffee, and kitchenware available in the kitchen. The terrace was also a lovely feature and a nice place to relax.
The bathrooms were clean and well kept, and having the handheld bidet (doccetta) was a great bonus. The host, Mimo, was also very nice and welcoming.
The only thing I found a little inconvenient was the elevator, as it does not stop directly on the first floor. If you have heavy luggage, you still need to carry it up or down the stairs, which can be a bit difficult.

Nice terrace/location in a fairly quiet environment

Breakfast was good ,fresh croissant were good .
Location was so so ,10 min walk from Rome termini but area is little bit far from centre.

It was cheap, they supplied free pastries in the morning, it was quiet.
The owner didn’t reply to me one time. Check in was a nightmare and still never got ahold of the manager. A cleaning lady let me in. It was decent but certainly not the cleanest. Very far from every site except for the coliseum and Roman forum were 20-25 minute walk. Terrible communication and only one key for one room for 3 people.
