Chitra was amazing. The staff were all very helpful. Comfortable bed and fab hot water in the shower.
Didn't love the food. But again, staff was very smiley and helpful always.

Housekeeping staff were apologetic when things went wrong and tried to help.
It took a long time at check-in to get the price right. On entry to my room, I discovered hairs all over bed linen and baked in stains to pillows. I asked for fresh linen - it was the same again. Staff were very apologetic and showed me another room but the linen was the same, little hairs on pillows and sheets and marks. In the end, fresh new linen was found and put on my bed in the original room. I appreciated staff helping and they were very apologetic but it was unexpected for a Marriott.
People in the next room also went out and left their music on blast until after midnight. It was very noisy even though I had asked for a quiet room. Staff tried to deal with the issue and eventually entered the room and turned off the music.
But it wasn't a very relaxing stay which you need from a hotel in Agra since the town is chaotic and loud.
