Rooms wer clean and spacious. The staff was good. They upgraded our room from standard to deluxe. Overall very good experience

Very nice hotel in a strategic position. I left my scarf at the hotel and they sent that to me at the next one in Rajasthan - super kind and proactive staff, they solve all pie problems

We liked the hotel’s location. It is just 1.5–1.7 km from the Taj Mahal and slightly off (50 mts) the main road. They offer open parking, and I was able to park my car without any issue. A security guard was posted on the premises at all times, which gave us peace of mind. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we had no concerns about their service.

Bathroom/Washroom: The facilities were disappointing. The hotel should check water pressure in both taps and showers, as it was extremely low and made showering difficult. The bathroom had a rain shower, hand shower, and a tap, but none were in proper working condition. Even the wash basin tap was faulty. We were three guests, yet only two towels were provided. The same happened with drinking water—only two complimentary bottles for three people. I had booked the hotel 2–3 weeks in advance at a high rate, but on the day of check-in, I saw the online price had dropped by 50%. It felt like a waste of money, so I would advise against booking too far in advance. The hotel did provide a mattress for my son as agreed, but its quality was very poor. Lastly, my booking included free breakfast for all three of us, but the receptionist initially said breakfast was not included. This was corrected later, but the experience was still frustrating.
