Very noisy room. Couldn’t sleep. Went to restaurant only to be told it’s closed because one group booked it all. I guess everyone else staying in the hotel don’t matter. Carpet in the room had stains. Toilet leaked. Very poor standard - expected better from Taj.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The main lobby was clean and exquisite. Check in took about 45 minutes. Our room smelled musty and after waking up in the morning, we found our bedding, hair and clothes to be moist. There was water (condensation) dripping from the inside of the windows and room’s walls. There was clearly an issue with the air system in the room.

Infinity pool at the top, programs by Subroto, morning buffet breakfast, lounge area and overall behavior and friendliness of all the employees were brilliant!
didnt like- playroom area, few stuffs were outdated and while we were checking in we had to wait for over 15mins before someone entertained us.

We stayed for just 1 night but the hospitality was great! We were upgraded to a suite with lounge access which we loved. Everyone was very helpful. The decor and up keep of the place were impressive

Very good value for the money. Did not like how some staff (housekeeping, restaurant) urged us repeatedly to provide reviews of their service on travel site. We understand it’s important but it appeared quite aggressive. The housekeeping manager on our floor kept wanting to put additional toiletries that were neither wanted or needed while we were obviously busy with phone calls to family and recovering from the day’s activities.

Overall the stay was nice, but I wouldnt spend too many nights here. If your planning to see the Taj Mahal and surrounding tourist attractions I would see those and try to leave after one or two nights.

If I was rating as a 4 star I’d give 4 out of 5 - breakfast was poor, little choice for those who don’t want spicy food for breakfast and nigh on impossible to get a pot of breakfasr tea, you need to find a suited manager to actually achieve this as no self vends apart from one dispenser of chai. The Infiniti bar/restaurant was good and best part about the hotel albeit pool itself freezing. Check in was efficient enough but more suited to delegates at a mass convention, which is the general ambience of hotel rather than a tourist 5 star. No problems with staff however

We had a problem with our room keys. During the stay, the room keys did not work as intended and we had to make many trips to the lobby to get it working. Otherwise everything else was great.

Our stay at Taj HCC, Agra was comfortable and memorable. Heartfelt thanks to the House Team for making our anniversary special. Evening program conducted by Subrata and service rendered by Jasmine at the Club Lounge will be cherished for long. Food was good and breakfast at the Club Lounge was awesome.

Not as per the Standard set by Taj brands . Waiting time at the reception was too much , we did check in around 4.15 pm after waiting for an hour . Limited varieties of food in the dinner .Staff was very good . As per the rush there should be more staff .

The room was very comfortable as good as any 5 star hotel.
Disappointment was the buffet breakfast and dinner. It comes as part of the package however the options were very very limited. 1 mutton dish, 1 chicken dish and the remainder was vegetarian. I would rate the buffet as poor.
Being part of the package does not make it free. We pay for it and expect quality. Disappointing for Taj group.

Beautiful and clean hotel in Agra. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever experienced. The staff was so friendly and helpful - we felt so taken care of! The rooftop Infiniti Pool and view of the Taj Mahal is magical! Honestly a highlight our our trip.
