The apartment had an outside area to sit and eat as well as 2 other indoor dining options. The rooms were spacious an the bathrooms were clean.
I was close to the beach and a really pleasant walk into the centre of Split.
We did have a small issue with the Air conditioning unit but this was looked at very promptly.

De hostes was er zoals afgesproken en heeft ons alles netjes uitgelegd en de sleutels overhandigd. Ook nog op de kaart van split en omgeving netjes allerlei tips aangeven. Verder prima contact kunnen hebben via de app voor alles wat wij maar wouden vragen en prima geholpen.
Parkeren kan op eigen terrein achter een poort maar die is niet super breed maar breed genoeg voor onze huur auto.
Je kan er ook buiten zitten overdekt in de schaduw maar het was zo warm toen wij er waren dat wij er niet zijn gaan zitten. Wij waren ook meestal weg en hebben ook geen keer in het huis gegeten bijvoorbeeld.
De bedden lagen prima, airco's in alle 3 en ook in de woonkamer.
Er waren een paar kleine dingen die ik ook gemeld heb en worden opgelost.
Het is een ouder pand en dat is ook wel leuk gezien de details die er nog zijn maar aan de andere kant is het ook wat gedateerd. Het is maar wat je zoekt, voor ons was het prima.
1 ding was mij bij het reserveren niet opgevallen en die wil ik toch even benoemen.
De kleinste slaapkamer heeft zijn uitgang via 1 van de grote slaapkamers.
Met een klein kind is dit misschien geweldig maar onze dochter van 17 sliep daar, had daar geen probleem mee verder maar ik kan mij voorstellen dat dit voor sommigen niet wenselijk is dus ik benoem het maar.
Ik schrijf dit bij wat viel je tegen maar eigenlijk zijn dit voor ons geen tegenvallers geweest, maar zag niet zo snel waar ik dit anders kon plaatsen.

The place is unique and probably not everyone will like it. We felt like we were at home. First floor had guest toilet, kitchen, living room and cabinet for working. Second floor featured 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and washing machine room. There was big balcony as well, but almost no sea view because of pine trees. Villa had small garden which looked forsaken, so we didn't spend time there. Own parking place, but a big car wasn't easy to drive in. It was 3 min walk to the beach; 5 min walk to the fruit point and supermarkets. To the city center about 15 min walk.
