We absolutely loved our stay here and would stay again in a heartbeat! The apartment was perfect for our family, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two showers, a full kitchen, and a wonderful full-length balcony. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The location truly could not have been better. We were just a short walk from the main shopping area and the market, which made it so easy to pick up fresh fruit and other essentials. There are several bakeries within just a few minutes’ walk, and two restaurants less than a block away. Anona was our favorite and is definitely worth trying! And there is a kids park across the street.
The sea views from the balcony were beautiful. One small note for anyone booking specifically for the view: cruise ships were docked nearby on 7 of our 8 nights, so they did block some of the distant sea view. That said, we still thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the scenery.
The property manager was wonderful and very responsive. Whenever we had a question, we received a quick response, and additional supplies were dropped off promptly when we needed them. The building also felt very secure. Just be sure to pull the entrance door completely shut behind you.
Overall, this apartment gave us an incredibly comfortable home base for exploring Split. The space, location, cleanliness, and responsiveness of the property manager made our stay so easy and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

It’s big enough for 5 adults. Location between the beaches and the old centre is very good. No noise pollution. Airco in the apartment was good.
Everything was ok. We only missed a tea towel to do the small dishes.
