The property was spacious and airy.
There was a distinct smell not sure if it is the drains in Split but it was in the utility/ boiler room.
The rest of the apartment was fine and it didn’t ruin our stay.

Location, being close to the town. It was also very spacious with plenty of room for the 3 of us; it was good that there was a bathroom with toilet and a separate toliet. It had pretty much everything one needs for a few days away and would recommend this place to future travellers.
While the kitchen was adequate, I would have liked a toaster, but this is a minor issue. As we had some rain during our stay, there wasn't any drying facilities for our clothes, etc., and the towel dryer didn't work; but there was a clothes airer.
We had a problem with the guests upstairs as they did not adhere to the 10pm curfew about keeping noise levels to a minimum.
On one occasion there was an unpleasant smell at the entrance to the property,

The house is in a great location with huge parking, which was amazing, on the tiny streets of this neighborhood. The house was very clean and the beds were amazing. There wasn't a ton of furniture but there was enough and the minimalist look gave everyone more space. The kitchen was well stocked. The manager was very responsive when we had a small problem. The streets nearby are very quiet. The instructions to get there were clear.
If you were on the lower level apartments and there was noise from other guests, then it could be a little noisy. However, strict noise limits were in place after 10pm.

The host, Fiona, was very wonderful. She was very flexible, available by phone, and helped to meet our needs. For example, she brought extra blankets to the property when we asked. The property was spacious, with 2 toilets and 1 shower, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. It would be perfect for a group of 6-8 people traveling together.
We had some problems with pests on the property. However, the host was very communicative and helped us manage these issues during our stay in a professional manner.

"Location was very close to the old town, just a 10 minute walk but in a very quiet street.
The bedrooms were all large doubles, the lounge was big enough for a big group, the kitchen was well stocked..."
