Location is great - a 2-3 minute walk to the Old Town. The apartment is 3 floors connected via a tight spiral staircase. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the top floor, a very nice living space on the middle floor and a bedroom, bathroom and small kitchenette on the bottom floor. The middle floor contains a kitchen, dining area, living space with sofa and TV, a bathroom with shower and a nice shaded terrace that we used frequently for breakfast or during breaks. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good. Hot water was fine on the bottom two floors but weak on the top floor. We were staying with friends and found the living space floor to be perfect for breakfast or having a drink before going to be. Neighborhood is nice - close to a small convenience store, local restaurants and a path to Marjan Park. Communication with the owner was smooth. The apartment is in a pedestrian zone and so we had to pull our luggage a few hundred feet to the apartment. Neighborhood is quiet - except for one night when there was a fantastic block party (celebration of the feast day for the nearby church) - loved the music and it ended at 11:15, so didn't affect sleep.
Hot water was weak on top floor.

Location was amazing. Property was ideal, clean, Modern and overall a lovely place to stay. The owners are very lovely people.. they are kind, very helpful and generous. I would highly recommend stay here. Would definitely come back to stay.

Location was ideal, with easy walking access to old town, most attractions and the train station.
Apartment was comfortable, but lack of external privacy through bathroom window was a voncern - a blind would help.
