Parcheggio comodo, ambiente pulito, tutto come in foto.
Per me non è stato un problema, ma chi ha il sonno leggero potrebbe avere un po' difficoltà a causa della poca insonorizzazione.

Miglior B&B di sempre. L’ appartamento è nuovo e in una posizione centrale, super pulito e bello da vivere. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è il proprietario. Mai incontrato qualcuno così gentile e generoso: mi è venuto a prendere alla stazione, mi ha aiutato con una valigia rotta, mi ha consigliato dove andare e cosa mangiare. È stato un vero amico per tutto il soggiorno, senza di lui il viaggio sarebbe stato sicuramente più complicato. In questa struttura, non solo troverete un ottimo alloggio, ma la garanzia che il vostro soggiorno sarà piacevole come se foste a casa vostra. Super consigliato

La camera era pulita, fresca, accogliente ed ampia. La struttura comoda,vicina al centro, con una piccola cucina con caffè e frigo. Andrea è stato gentilissimo, ha risolto immediatamente un piccolo inconveniente ed è stato generoso di indicazioni e consigli.
La strada era rumorosa

Semplicemente tutto! Appartamento a qualche metro dal centro dell’Aquila. Pulitissimo e spazioso. Particolare menzione al sig. Andrea host appassionato e vulcanico. Ci ha letteralmente guidato metro dopo metro nel nostro giro ed è stato tutto perfetto. Ci torneremo per andare a sciare
