Lake Front home on beautiful Lake Shangri-la in Bristol, WI. This Lake home features 4 bedrooms (1 King, 3 Queens), 3.5 bathrooms and 2 large Sofas that would accommodate 3 more people for total sleeping capacity of 11 comfortably, also plenty of room for floor sleepers if needed. This home is fully furnished with towels, dishware and many other things to help limit what you have to bring with you.
This property has 50' of Lake frontage with unbelievable lake views, sunsets and beauty. The home features a large upper deck with Patio table and 2 Grills.(Gas and Charcoal) & a Lower patio with Patio table, Chairs & TV
The open concept main level features hardwood floors, kitchen with granite countertops, Large dining table seating 6, plus Kitchen Island that seats 3. The family room also features a woodburning Fireplace and amazing walk out deck with large lake views. Large Sofa and Chairs and 75” Smart TV to cozy up to after a day on the lake.
The Basement level features the 4th bedroom, full bathroom, Rec room, Pool Table, Multiple Tv’s (65” 50" and 43”), & walk-out leading out to the lake and lower-level patio with Patio table.
Outdoor has a spacious yard for Games, Firepit and Pier for fishing or boat access. Kayaks are available on site (life Jackets are Mandatory) Fish off the pier, Bass, lake perch, walleyes, pan-fish and more.
The house is located minutes away from downtown Antioch which features coffee shops, dining and shopping (Walmart, Menards, Jewel.)
