Also, Vacasa listing #81912 for this property. Welcome to our Blue Bella on the beautiful Anna Maria Island. We hope you will enjoy every minute of your stay in our 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom home. Our unique property features lots of living space and full kitchen all on one level. Our little slice of heaven is perfect for family vacays, wedding guests, fishing/golfing trips or that annual girls trip! You are only a very short 5 minute walk to the beach, shops, great restaurants or just head out the back door to the pool or fire pit. You will want to return year after year! Blue Bella is a single family ranch style home with all living space on the ground floor. The kitchen and family room are open concept and very spacious. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on one side of the home. One of the bedrooms on this side has an ensuite bathroom and a door to the back patio. The other side features 2 bedrooms and one central bathroom. Each bedroom has closet space and a television. The pool is very large for the the area and gets some shade late in the day just in time to cool off. There is a large outdoor fire pit area for family gatherings! We provide beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, cooler, bathing towels, sheets and blankets. We have a linen service which ensures quality and cleanliness of all linens and towels. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and dish ware along with an amazing blender for fun drinks. We also provider a starter set for essentials like dish soap, trash bags, bathing soap etc... Location, Location, Location! You are a short 5 minute golf cart ride to AMI Beach Cafe serving my Dad’s forever favorite all-you-can-eat pancakes every morning. A quick 2 minute golf cart ride to grab a cold beer at the Freckled Fin Irish Pub or 5 minutes in the other direction for some ice cream at my personal fav- Dips! Adult Night Out...don't worry, The Doctor's Office is crafting cocktails only 2 minutes away. If things get ugly at the Ugly Grouper, you are only 1 minute from home on a golf cart or a 5 minute walk if you want to stay for one last pina colada. If you want to pick up some of the freshest seafood around at Captain Anthony's Seafood Market and grill by the pool then your side dishes from Publix are only 4 short minutes from home. Jump on the free Island Trolley to check out Coquina Beach or Anna Maria City Pier. Feeling like a homemade cinnamon roll just about the size of your head then head straight to Ginny’s & Jane E’s Cafe. You won’t want to miss the sunset at The Sand Bar and while you are there...order a pina colada with a dark rum floater! Historic Bridge Street will keep the whole gang entertained for hours purchasing all the sharks teeth, alligator sculptures, shell bracelets, bathing suits or singing along with the band at Island Time Bar and Grill. It shouldn’t even be legal to skip a fried grouper sandwich on the deck at Tide Tables. Some would argue that the fried shrimp at Starfish are life changing Southern hospitality and a chill vibe welcomes all ages at The Blue Bella in AMI. Enjoy a lazy afternoon reading while the kids swim in the pool. With only a few steps to the sugar white sand beach, the Blue Bella is so convenient to pop back and forth for that true island style living. Who will be the first to spot a Manatee or perhaps one of the 5 different species of Sea Turtles? Who will win a game of cards around the large 8 seats kitchen table? A quick walk in the evening to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets from the most beautiful white sand beach is the best stress reliever that I have ever found. Come back home to rest in one of the 2 queen bedrooms or double twin bedrooms or if you are lucky…the master suite with a comfy king bed and ensuite bathroom....each with their own television. Come experience the vintage charm of Anna Maria Island, a seven mile little slice of heaven where flip flops are standard and the speed limit tops out at 35 mph. Spacious and clean w/ great pool/yard, EXCELLENT LOCATION, with everything you need. I can’t stress the location enough- map looks more spread out but the blocks are tiny & it’s right by beach access, so easy to walk, bike or take the golf cart to beach/restaurants. We rented a golf cart so we parked the car and used that our entire stay. We rode up to Pine Ave/Pier & down to Bridge St. Everything is so close by. I recommend a golf cart/bike rental. Yard is great-larger than the pics, both pool area & the connected side yard with chairs/loungers, fire pit, gas grill. We loved the backyard even though weather was cool. They have beach chairs, wagon, toys, etc for guest use so no need to pack that- HUGE PERK! Cable TV (spectrum) included- a plus since I hate putting my streaming account info in people’s TVs. Also there was everything else you may need like hair dryers, extra blankets, extra pillows, & even a box fan for those who like white noise, like my husband. The house floor plan is split, so 3 BRs on one side & 2 BRs on the other, so great for 2 families. Comfortable beds with high quality bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped- new cookware, 2 blenders & all the gadgets/servers you could need, keurig for single or pots of coffee. Also nice to have ice & filtered water on fridge. The living area is open w dining table for 8 for meals or games. All in all this house is clean, comfortable and in a great centralized location, but quiet street. We will be back SOON.

Loved the location of this property! Very walkable to restaurants, shops and beach. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Owners were very responsive when we had questions which is a bonus.

We stayed with our family in Blue Bella for a week. The location was phenomenal for both adults and children. The adults were able to walk to The Doctors Office and the kids could walk to the ice cream shop in the evenings. WIN/WIN for all ages. The beach access is nice and not a far walk with the wagon/chairs provided by the owners. We enjoyed the afternoons in the pool while still being able to watch college football on the television because of the slider doors off the family room. It gave us that indoor-outdoor living that we love! We were also able to enjoy a few nights around the fire pit. We loved the comfy chairs outside around the fire pit. The kitchen was fully stocked and enjoyed the large kitchen table for game night. We will definitely rent again. 10 out of 10 for both Anna Maria Island and the Blue Bella!

This was a beautiful home in the heart of Anna Maria Island. It was perfect for our family vacation after the busy holidays. It was walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The heated pool was awesome. We enjoyed family time playing corn hole and gathering around the large kitchen table for dinners and games. There was lots of room throughout the house for everyone to enjoy their space. We would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area and needing an awesome place to stay with a larger group.

Location was perfect! Eateries and several beach destinations nearby! Could walk to the ugly Grouper, or favorite outdoor dining! Tons of space for everyone! 5!! Bedrooms and 3 full baths. Plenty of off street parking. Outdoor fire-pit and swimming pool! Highly recommend!
