It is very important that you read, understand and adhere to the rules. We have 2 ring cameras on the premises. One is at the main doorway and the other one overlooks the back yard. The camera are on the premises for your own safety and security. No guest other than the ones indicated in your group are allowed on the property for whatever reason. NO SMOKING ALLOWED AT ALL INSIDE THE HOUSE. If you want to smoke, you are allowed to do so in the back yard patio. Please dispose on any cigarette butts safely in the outside trash can. DO NOT throw butts onto the yard. Check-in time is 3pm. Checkout time is 11am. Pets are allowed, HOWEVER, please make sure to wipe paws before climbing onto any of the furniture. Please use the throws provided under your pets as to not dirty any of the furniture. NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND ON THE PROPERTY.
