Welcome to Navarre Island’s most private beach retreat—a true oasis just a short walk to the Beach. Spend your days on sugar white sand and only a few minutes away from a private heated swimming pool, with a huge fenced private backyard, and a spacious outdoor hangout area built for memory‑making: hammocks for naps, a big-screen TV for game night, music by the pool, grilling, and a large firepit for late‑night s’mores.
Inside, the home is bright, modern, and suited for families and groups. You’ll find a fully stocked kitchen (including both a Keurig and a 12‑cup drip coffee maker), a comfortable living space with a large Smart TV, and plenty of seating for meals and together time. With 4 bedrooms and room for everyone, it’s the perfect setup for beach weeks, friend getaways, or multi‑family trips.

The place is great! Clean also! I only found one down side the upstairs shower was small. The pool area was fantastic! We didn’t spend hardly any time in the house except to sleep Next time we will plan for 2 weeks!!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! The backyard was a dream since much of our trip included intermittent periods of rain and red flags at the beach each day. My two boys were still able to get their swimming in thanks to the pool. Having a fenced in backyard was a huge perk also since we brought our pup along- it was a relief knowing she could walk around without a leash while we were enjoying the backyard. We enjoyed watching tv outside as well. There are so many seating options outside!The property included so many additional things that were much appreciated- we specifically utilized some of the pool toys and the beach chairs/beach cart. There was much more for those interested in biking or kayaking. Having extra beach and pool towels provided was a huge perk as well since packing those for a road trip takes up a lot of extra space.The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and cookware you could possibly need (even a few snacks on the table when we arrived!), and it was so nice having some personal care items available in the bathrooms and laundry washing tabs. The location is great- it’s walking distance to the beach, and just a few minutes (driving distance) from restaurants/a grocery store. The neighborhood was very quiet which was exactly what we wanted. The ice cream truck coming through was a highlight for my 10 year old boys!Communication from the owners is top notch! We can’t wait to return! Thanks for everything!

Perfect for our family!! We loved the backyard with all of the activities!! Plus Every essential you need is at the house and we loved that!! Lots of kid friendly toys, books, floats, beach toys and beach chairs!! We will definitely stay here again!!

Hosts were fantastic and this is a great little getaway. The instructions are all very clear and they have thought of everything.The backyard area cannot be beat and we thoroughly enjoyed our family campfireMy all my kids loved the pool and my teens rode the bikes. They have so many toys and it's also so beautifully organizedThank you for a great getaway during a lacrosse tournament:)
