Come and enjoy all the activities the Florida Keys has to offer from this new inviting oceanfront condo. Your vacation begins the moment you drive into our 60 acre Ocean Pointe property. The Jr. Olympic sized heated pool is surrounded by beautiful landscaping, a hot tub, & the Mermaid bar. Other amenities include: a sandy beach, a Marina for boats up to 28ft, a ramp, tennis courts, pickle ball court, children's swings, charcoal grills, picnic tables, pier, cafe bar & lounging areas.
The condo building has an elevator and the unit has two bedrooms each with a King beds, 2 bathrooms and a sleeper sofa in living room.
Guests are welcome to use all the amenities at Ocean Pointe.
Dock slips need to be rented through OP dock master. Use of boat ramp and dock slips require 300K liability insurance.

Condo was exactly as pictured. The location was great and close to everything we needed. The amenities and property grounds were beautiful and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time by the pool.

The place was clean and looked liked the pictures. The location for us was good. Enjoyed the community pool. It was nice size and had plenty of sitting.The one negative was the roof was being replaced and the workers started at 7:30am. No advanced communication of the work being done.
