About this condo rental

Located in Mission Bay, this charming condo for $1,300 per night is a great choice for your next break. Located on Mission Blvd & Pacific Beach Drive, this spacious condo is steps away from the beach and bay. Developed in 2010, you get modern upscale living on the beach! Flat screen TV's in all rooms, garage parking for 2 cars, AC, BBQ and so much more! This spacious condo is tucked away from the street offering a level of peace and privacy while the gorgeous beaches, energy and excitement are right outside. This property has all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation. In the master bedroom there's a Cal King, queen over queen bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen in 3rd bedroom. A day bed with a trundle has also been added to the oversized master closet to comfortably sleep 2 more guests. Please note this is being counted as the 4th bedroom. The kitchen has designer stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, travertine floors etc. All dishes, pots, and pans are provided for you. The living room is equipped with a 55' TV and 2 sofa sleepers 2 assigned garage parking spots, Large bbq on the patio This unit also has a central AC/heat system to keep you comfortable year around. Family entertainment is within walking distance. Park two cars in your reserved dedicated spots and walk the rest of your stay! You can stroll the boardwalk to Belmont Park, ride the Roller Coaster, buy some cotton candy and play carnival/arcade games. Walking north on the boardwalk you'll find beautiful Crystal Pier. It's a quick drive to Sea World, SD Zoo, La Jolla Cove, Scripps Aquarium, and more! We're available to help our guests have the best possible experience All noise must subside AFTER 9:30pm on weekdays and 10:00pm on weekends. You may be subject to CITY FINE if police are called. If there is a complaint regarding noise from a neighbor, we reserve the right to evict you without refund including your security deposit. You can expect this listing to be clean but due to our close proximity to the beach you may find a permanent stain or minor breakage; we routinely replace items with cosmetic damage but not after every guest. If you smoke, keep it outside and please pick up your butts Insurance: Occupants or guests' personal property, including vehicles, are not insured by Owner. Owner does not insure against personal injury to occupant/guests. Occupant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless owner from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury to occupant, occupant's guests or their personal property
