About this villa rental
Sitting room with fireplace. Dining room with French doors leading to the garden facing the pool. Well equipped kitchen with a marble breakfast table and a glass door leading to a dining loggia with a wood oven. Laundry room. Ironing room. Bathroom with bath. Second loggia furnished with sofas, a brick barbeque and a dining table.
First floor
[up 18 terracotta steps] Sitting room with fireplace connecting through an archway to a second sitting room with a piano. Air-conditioned double bedrooms with four-poster beds sharing a bathroom with bath and two sinks with an air-conditioned twin bedroom. Air-conditioned Double bedroom with a four-poster bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Air-conditioned Master double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with bath and two sinks.

Grounds
A very pretty country garden with a level lawn and two glorious loggias for lounging and dining. The private swimming pool, 7 x 15m/23 x 52 feet, (which is open all year round), lies immediately in front of the second loggia, with very comfortable loungers for sunbathing.
Assistance
Assistance is provided locally by the property's very helpful caretaker, who speaks a little English and lives in an attached house. Services included in the rental fee, and optional services available, are noted under Price and Availability.

The pictures do not do it justice. This place is out of a Tuscan dream. The most beautiful home! The backyard is so beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and beautiful. The view is exquisite and the property sits at the heart of Tuscany so it’s the perfect central location for all your adventures. We couldn’t have loved our time more. Thank you for letting us stay in this Tuscan dream home.

The property was beautiful - just as listed. Lorenzo was a fantastic host, providing us with wine, olive oil, fruit and breads as a welcome gift. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate, so we were unable to utilize the pool and outdoor dining area... next time, hopefully!

Beautiful property, especially the pool and gardens. Rustic Tuscan home. Lorenzo was fantastic and very helpful. Called taxis for us when we were having a difficult time. All the bedrooms have a/c that are roll away floor units except one with a mini split.

Lorenzo was an amazing incredible host! His villa was spacious, clean and well appointed. The gardens and pool area are second to none, stunning. It was a perfect home for a Tuscan holiday. Our host arranged a for a private cooking lesson in the villa which was the highlight of the trip. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to experience all that Tuscany has to offer!
