Basically, it's a 2 bedroom one bath. The bathroom was completely demoed by me, and I made a huge standing double head shower with a sitting area. I also demoed the room in front of the kitchen, making it open concept building an island gas grill, air fryer, and oven. I was amazed at how dense the wood was. This house just turned 100 years old this year. it has a huge sunken deck in the back that is shared with the Hidden Gem, my first Air bnb. You will be able to rent both for larger families. The space 100 year old cottage completely remodeled with a spacious deck in the back. Guest access they have access to the deck in the back and soon jungle gym made out of cedar post, bench press, squats, and pull-downs upon request.
