CITQ: 298173 (Expiration: 2025-04-30) Magnificent traditional style chalet located facing the river! You will fall under the charm of this house nestled in the heart of Cap-à-l'Aigle, in Charlevoix. Here, everything has been thought of to allow you to have a memorable stay, your only concern being following the rhythm of the tides! Large two-story chalet with garden and spectacular view! It can accommodate up to eight people. Here is how the space is distributed, over two floors: First floor : • Living room with gas fireplace and TV • Perfectly equipped kitchen • 2 bedrooms with Queen beds • Bathroom with bathtub Ground floor : • 2 bedrooms with Queen beds • Living room with TV and table football table • Bathroom with shower • Washing room Outside, you will find a 4-season spa, a fireplace, a BBQ, two large terraces and land to accommodate you. Enjoy your stay at Chalet de la Grève! You will have access to the house, land and outdoor parking. You can easily contact us by e-mail or telephone for any questions or assistance you may need. This district of La Malbaie is accessible by Highway 138 east. It is necessary to travel by car to find the grocery stores, bakery, SAQ, sports store, etc. which are located directly in downtown La Malbaie. You will have some restaurants nearby. You will have to travel by car. Special attractions: The Gardens of Cap-à-l'Aigle, the Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie National Park. There is access to the strike less than 100 meters from the chalet. This is Cap-à-l'Aigle beach! Another beach is accessible going towards La Malbaie. There is parking for travelers just before the bridge that crosses the river. In winter, you will find an ice rink nearby. Bring your skates!
