Located in Concord, this attractive house for $623 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This spacious home with yard is perfect for large families or groups of friends. This listing is composed of two private spaces. The larger house is a 4 bed, 2 bath (one master suite) with a large open living-space, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. 3 bedrooms boast queen size beds and the fourth, which doubles as game room, has 2 twins. The Guest House is a cozy, 2 bed, 1 bath with a full kitchen, a 4-person dining area and comfortable living room space. Furry friends welcome: $200 The space Open the beautiful doors into our large modern living space. As you enter, please leave your shoes at the door since many little fingers touch our floors. Relax in the living room with 65" TV smart tv or hang out at the kitchen/dinning area with fully stocked kitchen. Through the living room, walk down the hall to the first bedroom on the right. A queen size bed, dedicated work area and a large closet is ready. Back in the hallway, the door on the left is the shared bathroom. This brand new bathroom has a walk-in shower, modern vanity and mirror and toilet. Walk past the bathroom to another bedroom with a queen bed, workspace and closet. Around the corner and down the hall is a master bedroom with en-suite master bathroom. With a queen bed and dedicated workspace, this bedroom has access to the deck that can also be accessed from the living room. Back to the living room and through the kitchen is our final bedroom with a twin daybed and a pullout twin trundle. This space also doubles as a game room. The game room is fully equipped with multi game table (mini pool table, air hockey, foosball and table tennis). On the wall is a dry erase board to keep track of your score. In the corner you will find a board game center. Enjoy playing chess, checkers, TicTacToe, backgammon, poker and other card games. The Guest House can be accessed from the backyard or through the gate in the driveway. From the driveway gate, walk into a private patio space. The beautiful barn doors open up to the guesthouse living-space. The living room is equipped with a 55" smart TV on a wall mount that turns up to a 45 degree angle. The dining table seats 4 people comfortably. Inside you'll find 2 bedrooms featuring queen size beds and a bathroom with full size shower, modern sink and toilet. The fully stocked modern kitchen opens up to the backyard. Guest access Guests will have full access of the entire property grounds. Your door code will work on all the keyless entry locks. Driveway accommodates up to 4 cars parked side by side and tandem. Please follow painted parking lines. Other things to note: This beautiful modern home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment. The local trail network is easily accessible for walking, running and cycling. We are located just minutes from the Concord BART station, making it easy to get around the Bay Area. The property was perfect. The host have great communication and the check in process was so smooth. It was our first time visiting concord and it was a great one. The home is nice and clean and looks exactly like the pictures online. I would definitely rebook in the future.

Our family traveled from Georgia, Illinois and Arizona to celebrate our Father's 70th birthday. This home was very welcoming, clean and in a great central area. Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area!

Super clean and plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfy, bathrooms updated and the extra unit was an excellent space for our adult children to have their own privacy.

Our stay was quite short. We were there to celebrate my niece baby shower over the weekend. The area was nice and quiet, that we were able to take a walk around the area, they had a walking trail near the house. The house was comfortable and big enough to accommodate a family of 14. Although the bed was too low for my mom and sister, the mattress was comfortable. We will surely stay here again since we have a family near by. Thank you Riza.

This home wasn’t just clean, it was spotless! Very new/modern and comfortable home. Garage suite with 2-BR also had very nice amenities. The owners replied very quickly any time I sent a message or question. It was perfect for our group’s stay and highly recommend this property!
