A long established short term/long term rental resort chalked full of amenities to keep you enjoying your time away. The spot is located only a short 20 miles, or 30 minute drive, from the Key West International Airport and city itself!

This location offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms complete with a fully stocked kitchen appointed with updated appliances, a dining area with a table for 6, in-unit washer and dryer, and a large living room with a pull out Queen sleeper/sofa couch.

The home has been recently fully renovated and updated to provide you with all of the niceties of a modern vacation paradise. This includes Rokus for Netflix/Hulu/Amazon usage with each TV in the living room and both bedrooms, LED/Bluetooth controlled living room vent with music playing capabilities, adjustable LED ceiling fans/lights, and (of course) an adorable LED neon sign along our shiplap kitchen accent wall for those group pictures “for the gram”!

We also provide on site for your group’s entertainment cornhole/bags, an oversized connect four, board games/cards, two kayaks, and bicycles.

The 35’ sea wall is available for you at all times during your stay to tie up your personal boat or jet skis!!



THE DETAILS:

MASTER BEDROOM offers a king bed, bedside end tables with charging USB ports, a mounted 55” inch smart TV, and off suite bathroom.

GUEST BEDROOM has a queen bed, bedside tables, dresser, and 40” smart TV.

BOTH BATHROOMS include a shower and are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body soap. The closets are stocked with bath towels, hand towels, and beach towels for your stay! First bathroom is located in the common hallway, while the second bathroom is on-suite in the master bedroom.

THE KITCHEN includes a full set of cutlery and dishware for 6+. It is also supplied with baking pans, pots, baking sheet and baking dishes, mixing bowls, spatulas and mixing spoons.

The Hamilton FlexBrew coffee maker allows you to make a regular pot of coffee for the group- or individualized K cups if you prefer to bring your own kind from home! The kitchen is appointed with a new refrigerator with ice freezer below, dishwasher, and smart microwave and oven.

THE UPPER DECK PATIO is the best spot to enjoy the sunset or sunrise with a cup of coffee! The swivel chairs make it a relaxing way to start or end your days!

THE LOWER PATIO is where you will find all of the fun- the chic patio space comfortably seats 6 around the grill area. Grill out, hang out, and throw some bags or take your other half on at Connect 4! Later on you could get out onto the water in the two provided kayaks or go on an evening bicycle ride through the park and area with your group.
