This historic home, “The Lewis Ripley House,” is a two-family home which consists of the main house built in 1850 occupied by the hosts and an attached, newly renovated, spotless, private, three-level rental unit that sleeps 6. The light, airy kitchen/ living room area is an open concept. The kitchen has white quartz countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and a stocked coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker. The living room boasts a large comfy sofa, a Smart TV, and an electric fireplace to add to the coziness. There is a large deck off the living room with outdoor furniture, an umbrella to shield you from the sun, and a gas grill. The primary bedroom has a king-size, adjustable bed. You can raise the head of the bed to get a better look at the 65-inch Smart TV and electric fireplace. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed. A third bedroom downstairs on the lower level has a king-size bed. You can access the downstairs patio and yard from the downstairs bedroom. The full bathroom has a tub/shower and an LED-backlit, antifog bathroom mirror perfect for makeup, shaving, and hair drying.
