We (Family) had an awesome time. The host is more then a host, he was awesome with communication, checkin, accomodations, and cleaniness. Has surprises waiting for u at the house. CANT WAIT TO STAY THERE AGAIN . CLOSE TO EVENTS.. Everyone loved it of all ages..Thank u

I had a small gathering of friends at this location and it was perfect! The space is big and was very well kept. The host communicated very well and the home was so nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location to explore the downtown area. River walk and access to the People Mover were excellent. Grocery store nearby. Fun to be in such a historic building. Great seating area looking out to the Ren Cen.

The house was very clean and just as shown in the listing. Easy to walk to Ford Field and other things in downtown. Ed was very responsive and a wonderful host!

Fantastic! This was a wonderful place to stay with friends and family. I would just be wary of any elderly people as there are 2 flights of stairs. That is my only concern for those looking to rent. Other than that it’s an incredible location & a beautiful, clean historical property! I felt very safe & there are parking locations under constant observation. My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting the property owner, Edward, and he was very pleasant & accommodating! I give this place a 100% positive rating!

We didn’t know what to expect in downtown Detroit but this was a wonderful home with great architecture and updated decor. Our party of 7 had more than enough space to enjoy our stay. We were only in town one night for a concert but wish we stayed longer. The only downside is the noise outside the front bedrooms can be annoying. The host was also wonderful to work with.

Greatly recommend the Beaubien House in Detroit! My husband, I, our two “kids” and spouses absolutely loved the home. Very unique and spacious residence. We loved gathering in the roomy parlor to hang out. We enjoyed spending time out on the outside back area with plenty of seating. Easy walk to areas like Greektown and the sports’ arenas but just caddy corner from the residence is a People Mover elevated “tram” that costs only 75 cents a ride and has numerous stops. (Token machines available at the station there.) We also enjoyed using the electronic scooters you can find around the area. The host was outstanding on communication before and during our stay. We definitely recommend the Beaubien House!

The Beaubien House is a gorgeous property right downtown Detroit and it’s walkable to everything you’d want to see in the downtown core. The house is incredible, it’s absolutely huge and just stunning as it’s a very old historical property with high ceilings and a TON of room. Our contact for the property is named Ed and he is OUTSTANDING when it comes to making you feel welcome and taking care of his tenants. If we could give Ed 10 stars we would, he is extremely thorough and genuinely cares about his renters - I have stayed at a lot of properties and Ed is the best owner we have ever met! We hope to rent this property again in the near future, the entire experience with Ed and the Beaubien House was fantastic. 10 stars- 5/5 - 100% Outstanding property. Outstanding owner. Book this place.

A few girlfriends and I stay at this property. Well kept and Ed was wonderful to deal with. House was large and everyone had their own room. Hard to believe what it would be like in the 1800's. Cool place.

The property was clean and spacious and the host was very accommodating and attentive throughout the stay. Kitchens were stocked with all the essentials (cups, coffees, plates, etc) as well as the bathrooms. Great little gem in the center of downtown Detroit that is walking distance from many restaurants, bars and stadiums. Video games in the basement was a nice little touch and really enjoyed some of the food recommendations provided by the host. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy Detroit!

Went there with a few buddies for a tigers games. The property was excellent! Had a super time. The joint was great, excellent location really close to all the action in the area, 15 mins walk to stadium, restaurants, casino. The rooms and the place was excellent for a historical property over 150 years old it was awesome! 12’ ceilings, windows, cool decor, just really cool. Rooms and beds were good, just had a great time!

This house was a hidden, surprising GEM - so perfect and impressive! Ed was so helpful and communicative before and during our visit. He truly eased our worries and went above and beyond to make us feel at home in Detroit! Location is perfect also - walking distance to Ford field, amazing restaurants, and lots of other great options! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!
