About this house rental
*** NO PARTIES/EVENTS! ***
The absolute max amount of people allowed is 7 NO EXCEPTIONS. We have an extra queen bed that can be set up for a one time fee of $150 by request only. It will be placed in the twin room in place of the desk and chair.
There is a pack and play available in the king room closet, sheets are not included.
Need more space? Our other listing is right next door, making it convenient for large groups!
The house includes a doorbell at the front door that records video and audio for the exterior only. It is motion activated and will alert us once you have arrived.
The garage is now available to guests! Two cars can park in the garage and additional cars can park on the driveway. Please DO NOT park on our side yard or in the street!
There is an EV charger (for Teslas) located on the inside left side of the garage. You will be provided with a garage opener. Please make sure to leave it when you check out!
***We are only able to accommodate a maximum of 4 cars (personal vehicles ONLY) We do not allow Commercial Vehicles or trailers that cannot park in the garage or on the driveway!!****

Great hosts! I’ve stayed at several Vbro’s in Kingman, this is my favorite. Hope to be back next year.

This is a beautiful house and very much enjoyed our stay here. Really liked being able to park in the garage. Very modern house with great air conditioning. The outside seating area was a great place to enjoy morning coffee and evening conversation.
