About this house rental
This newly available 3 bedroom, 1186 sq. ft. townhome is not to be missed. One block from the Ski lifts (0.3m walk across the parking lot) and one block from the grocery store and less than a block from the bus stop, it is truly in the center of it all. Getting to Deer Valley, Main Street and Kimball Junction are all less than 10 minutes on the free bus network.
The townhome is on two levels, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master (king) bedroom and the queen bedroom (both with ensuite's) are on the ground floor / entrance level along with a useful mud room area for all the gear! Upstairs, is a good size kitchen, living room and third bedroom, with a separate, third bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need to be home away for home.
There is parking for one car in the large common area, covered garage. (Garage door is 83" high. NO oversize vehicles) This is a huge perk at Park City, where parking can be difficult, but really you do not need a car in this location. You can more easily walk where you need to go, anywhere within Park City, than drive and park!

This site was the perfect spot for our ski vacation! So close to Mountain Village, Main Street, and shopping areas. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and it was nice that each couple could have their own bathroom.
The amenities were nice and we found we had everything we needed for our stay.
Susie was very communicative from when I first booked until the end of our stay. Whenever I had a question, she responded immediately.
I would recommend this site to friends or anyone else in the future.
