Your pool home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 baths, a beautiful pool table and modern amenities in a single-story interior, this family-oriented home lets you relax with loved ones after days of exploring the Gulf of Mexico coast. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood lined with mature oaks and swaying palms, this comfortable retreat is just a short walk to the community park where you will find a play structure, basketball, Volleyball and Tennis/ Pickleball courts. You will also find a relaxing walking/ jogging trail. A number of restaurants and breweries with live music almost every night of the week can be found in downtown Palm Harbor, a short 1.5-mile walk, bike or drive a way. Bring your bikes and enjoy the scenic Pinellas Trail which stretches from St Petersburg to Tarpon Springs. Whether Championship golf at the famed Innisbrook Resort & Golf club, home of the annual Valspar Championship is your thing, or you want to float away in one of the warm mineral Springs Wall Springs Park, or visit one of the many local beaches, Palm Harbor has everything that you need. Off of the dining room you will find the beautiful pool table to show off your skills. OUTDOOR: Enclosed patio lanai with dining table and sofa seating with a gas fire pit, BBQ gas grill, and fenced yard KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, counter height table w/ seating for 6 LIVING: Smart TVs, open layout, large bedrooms, 1 shower/tub combos, 1 walk-in shower GENERAL: Central heat & A/C, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, linens, towels PARKING: driveway that fits 3 vehicles and ample street parking as well PLEASE NOTE: This is an HOA family neighborhood, no loud party’s or loud music. We had a great stay for Thanksgiving with the whole family, house was excellent and accommodated us very well. I would highly recommend this home for anyone staying in the area. Jennifer was excellent to work with and responded quickly to any questions that arose. I would definitely come back.

The home was nice and well equipped. The only glitch we had with the pool, but Jennifer responded immediately and the issue was resolved quickly. I would suggest the grill be replaced or at least cleaned occasionally. It did work, but we had to give it a deep cleaning prior to cooking on it. The kitchen utensils and cookware were very good compared to what we've had at previous VRBOs. We had a blast in the pool and on the pool table. Jennifer was an exceptional host.
