The location was perfect, close to a lake surrounded by a hiking trail. There was also a bighorn sheep viewing area with telescopes. The staff was very welcoming and helpful!

Great lodge in an amazing little mountain town. It was quiet the week I was there so it was perfect for me. Inn keepers were friendly and communication was great. I came for a show at red rocks Unfortunately for me the area had a snowstorm come thru in May and I chickened out and headed for the city as to not miss a flight although if I had more time experiencing a storm would have been no problem in this rugged little town(they all told me the snow would come and begone next day -exactly what happened) cool place !!!

Carrie did a great job getting us checked in, even with a problem with the locks on the room we had reserved. She got us into something else and was very good to us. She knows her stuff!
This is the place to stay if you don't want a middle of the road chain hotel. Loads of atmosphere and vibe.
