Everything was great except for the problems below. Extremely nice property overall.
Only one elevator working, which meant we had to carry our luggage up 6 flights of stairs due to just too much elevator demand on the first and last night. The elevator that did work sometimes made a terrifying noise that scared my daughter into wanting to take the stairs every time. This needs addressed immediately before something bad happens.
And the washing machine in our unit needed some love. Super moldy.

I liked the beach access and the privacy. I like that it is contactless check in and out room was spacious and very clean.
I didn’t like that we weren’t given directions on how to park in the parking garage. I also didn’t like how we were told there would be a 2 vehicle allowance but the second vehicle was on a first come first serve basis. It made things extremely stressful for us during our stay.

We really enjoyed how spacious it the apartment was. It was very clean and uncluttered and had all the amenities for a good beach day. Parking garage was clean and it was very easy to leave and come back each day. Traffic was quiet there wasn't a lot of people and I would definitely come back again!
The weather in October was the only issue out of 5 days we had three days at the beach. I'm not complaining though the condo and board games that we played while it rained made family time bearable.
